Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Apex Credit Group. By submitting an inquiry, signing a service agreement, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Our Services

Apex Credit Group ("APEX," "we," "us," or "our") provides credit education, credit profile review, and structured action planning services. Our services are designed to help individuals and business owners better understand their credit profiles and take informed steps toward stronger credit positioning.

We are not a lender, not a credit bureau, and we do not make credit decisions. We do not guarantee approval for any credit product, loan, mortgage, or line of credit. Results depend on individual circumstances, credit history, and actions taken by the client.

2. CROA Disclosure — Your Rights Under Federal Law

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), you have the following rights before signing any contract with us:

• Right to Cancel: You may cancel any contract with us within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation, by notifying us in writing.
• No Advance Fees: We may not charge or receive any payment for services before those services have been fully performed.
• Free Dispute Rights: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) at no cost to you. You are not required to use a third-party service to exercise this right.
• Written Contract: You are entitled to a written contract that specifies the services to be performed, the total cost, and the estimated timeframe.

3. No Guarantees

APEX makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

• Improvement of any credit score by any specific amount
• Removal of any specific item from any credit report
• Approval for any mortgage, auto loan, business loan, credit card, or other credit product
• Any specific timeline for credit improvement

Any statement made by our team members represents their professional perspective based on available information and does not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.

4. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Promptly provide any documentation required for the program
• Take the recommended actions outlined in their action plan
• Communicate promptly with their assigned consultant
• Pay any agreed program fees in accordance with the signed service agreement

5. Payment Terms

Specific pricing, payment schedules, and terms are outlined in the individual service agreement signed between the client and APEX. No payment is collected before services commence. All fees are disclosed in writing before any agreement is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to obtain credit. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for those services.

7. Not Legal or Financial Advice

The information and guidance provided by APEX is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other professional advisory service. We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor for matters specific to your legal or financial situation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
